She scored 116 goals and had 57 assists in her high school career. She also played for the FC Wisconsin Eclipse club team, which won the 2015 U.S. Youth Soccer National Championship.
She received a scholarship to play soccer at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she majored in agricultural and life sciences. She played for the Wisconsin Badgers from 2016 to 2019, scoring 38 goals and adding 18 assists in 85 games.
